What form of payment do you accept?
Credit cards, HSA card. I also provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company.

I provide superbills so you can get reimbursed from your insurance company. It is the client's responsibility to check with their insurance company regarding the policy.
What If I Don’t Have The Insurance You Accept? Can I Still Work With My Insurance?
I can provide a superbill after each session that you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
Mentaya
I have partnered with Mentaya to help clients use their out-of-network benefits to save money on therapy. Use this tool below to see if you qualify for reimbursement for my services.
Thrizer
I also utilize a platform called Thrizer where you can use your out-of-network benefits more easily. Instead of you having to pay the full session fee upfront and wait for reimbursement from your insurance, Thrizer acts like the middleman. You just pay your co-insurance (the part insurance doesn’t cover), and they take care of the rest—submitting claims and collecting the rest of the payment from your insurance. It makes using out-of-network benefits feel more like using in-network insurance.
How Do I Discover What My Insurance Will Cover?
To find out what your insurance may cover, contact your insurance and ask if you have out-of-network mental health coverage. If you need to provide a “CPT code” or a “service code” you can provide the following codes:
90834 - Individual Therapy
90847 - Family or Couples
You may also want to mention the type of license that I have to ensure services with my type of credential are covered. I am a LMFT.

What your deductible is
What your co-insurance payment will be
How many visits you get per year
If you need authorization for your visits

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
To cancel a scheduled Therapy session, a minimum of 24 hours in advance of your session is required. If prior and timely notification is not given, you will be charged the full session fee for the missed session.
